  This is THE BEST jimmy Johns in this area. The staff and managers are incredible. You walk into the store feeling like you know everyone and the food is delicious. The store is always clean and when I order delivery it usually takes no more than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

  I ordered delivery and expected that it would be a half hour wait. Once it hit an hour, I called to see when my delivery would be arriving. Their manager said that they tried to delivery it but I didn't answer. I was standing outside waiting from the time I ordered til the time I called so he never once came originally. They eventually brought me my sandwich which was sitting there for an hour and a half. They didn't make me a fresh sandwich so the inside was completely soggy. I called and asked for a new sandwich and then the manager proceeded to yell at me stating that it was my fault. When they brought me the fresh sub after waiting for a total of two and a half hours for this sandwich, he tried to make me pay for it again. Will never order jimmy johns from there again.

  It's a great Jimmy Johns.
  If there's one thing you must know about me it's that I am a JJ lover.
  This location keeps me hard!!! (As I often hit this place post workout for a protein boost - protein being a building block of muscle and all)
  
  The location is right off of Cross Street making it a perfect destination if you are a hungry person needing a quick bite before or after a class at McKenny or Mark J or Ford Hall.
  
  Sometimes the people in this area can be kind of sketchy, but never let that deter you, cops eat here all the time :D
  They know a thing or 2 about where to get the best quick eats!
  
  Staff is great. Once ordered a sandwich, paid at the counter,  went to check a Snapchat story, and right before 10 seconds of watching a drunk Thot sing some rap, my sandwich was already wrapped and ready to go (Thank God) lol
  
  They keep a clean facility here and there's always a cozy corner in the back to dine alone. That's where I'm at.....but that's a good thing!
  I may be shy, but I love how I'm always at home here at  this location :D

  Regularly have waits exceeding 45 minutes!!! I live less than a mile away. Not freaky fast!! No manager cares.

  I order from here maybe twice a week for the general taste, quality of food, and quick delivery.  But their ability to make a sandwich as ordered is apparently not high on their "give a crap" meter.   At least 50% of the time the sandwich order is wrong.  Most of the time I just deal with it.  A couple times I've made them bring me a corrected sandwich only to be given attitude by a driver who, by all rights, is pissed because it wasn't their fault and they're losing tips.  I've called the "manager" once but since they have supervisors and managers and there are many, I don't think any other f them care too much.  AND, there is no way to contact corporate to make a complaint.  
  
  But why should they care if I keep buying I guess?
